But not in the manual. Acoustic Solutions DAB/FM Clock Radio. Available for £3. I have a budget DAB/FM clock radio, an ASDA E80010, and alas I've lost the manual - I'm trying to perform a factory reset on it, as it has stored stations from both Manchester and Glasgow and I'm trying to erase the former - neither Quick nor Full Scan does the trick, and I've also tried holding down each button whilst plugging it in, all to no avail.
Many Thanks

Pure Siesta Dab Clock Radio
- #2as per title - looks good for the price. Any major niggles?
Many Thanks
What price are they selling at? - #3http://reviews.asda.com/1440-en_gb/000506147/asda-e80010-dab-clock-radio-reviews/reviews.htm
Personally - I'd avoid. Even with the positive 'user reviews'. You've no idea what their needs/expectations are. - #4It depends what your expectations are, but clock radios are seldom much good.
At the very least I'd want a proper telescopic aerial (and preferably an aerial socket as well) in order to have half a chance of receiving most of the stations that are available, not just the very strongest. This model seems to have neither, probably just a trailing wire at best, so you might well get the 'boiling mud' effect on DAB.
There's no mention of DAB+, so it's not very future proof or travel friendly either.
You could consider ordering online and collecting in store, so that you can take it back for a full refund under the Distance Selling Regulations if you aren't impressed. - #5Can I just add my reviews:
A few weeks ago I purchased a
Tesco's own brand DAB clock radio, and the reception, audio and time is absolutely superb!
This was only around £22..yet it is (to date) one of the best clock radio's we have ever had.
It is solidly built with a rich sound and excellent radio reception with RDS on both FM and DAB. - #6At the very least I'd want a proper telescopic aerial (and preferably an aerial socket as well) in order to have half a chance of receiving most of the stations that are available, not just the very strongest. Oh come on, what do you expect for £24  - #7I got my Dad a similar model of the Asda-brand DAB clock radio for Christmas a few years back now. He's had no problems with it, the alarm is fine and the DAB reception is strong. This model looks to be pretty much the same as that one (the only difference I can see looks to be the shape of the set) so given that I would recommend it.
- #8Well, I certainly shan't be buying another DAB radio from Asda any time soon after what happened last time.
